What is Kordiva - ecommerce platform for businesses in North Macedonia

Kordiva is an ecommerce platform built for businesses in North Macedonia that want a simple way to start selling online and manage their online sales. In one place, businesses get an online store, card payments, product and order management, Checkout Links and tools for day-to-day sales operations.

Ecommerce is Kordiva's core product: a professional online store backed by a system for products, checkout, payments, orders and operations. Booking and Rent-a-Car are additional solutions for businesses whose online sales are based on reservations or rentals.

What is Kordiva, in practical terms?

A customer sees a product, a price and a way to order. The business behind that page has to solve much more: hosting, catalog management, checkout, payment status, order processing, inventory and the work that follows a purchase.

Kordiva connects those pieces into one commerce system. The storefront is not treated as an isolated frontend; it is connected to the dashboard, checkout, payments and the operational flow that continues after the customer buys.

Who is Kordiva for?

Kordiva is designed for registered legal entities and registered sole traders. Before payment onboarding is enabled, Kordiva collects information about the organization, its legal status and the products or services it plans to sell. This allows the business and its intended use of the platform to be reviewed before payment setup begins.

A small business can use Kordiva to launch its first store, while the platform is also designed for larger catalogs, growing order volumes, multiple team members and businesses that need API integration.

A professional Next.js store without a separate hosting stack

Kordiva can provide the complete online storefront without requiring the merchant to assemble hosting, a storefront and an administration system separately. The platform includes six professional Next.js themes and a page builder for adapting presentation and content.

The theme is a visual starting point rather than the business architecture. Products, categories, variants, pricing, images and other commerce data are managed through Kordiva, allowing the storefront to evolve without rebuilding the underlying sales system.

The demos section shows 12 Kordiva store examples across different product categories and catalog sizes.

Products and orders do not stop at the storefront

The dashboard brings together product, category, variant, inventory, order, customer and analytics workflows. The objective is to avoid a setup where sales live in one system, payments in another and operational information somewhere else.

Kordiva also supports organizational workflows with multiple stores, members and roles. As a business grows, access can be structured without requiring the entire team to share one account or password.

Stripe-powered payments integrated into Kordiva

After the organization is approved on Kordiva, Stripe onboarding is completed directly inside the Kordiva platform through the embedded Stripe process. The user enters the required business details and the Macedonian bank account that will be used for payouts.

Once payments are active, they are connected directly to Kordiva checkout and orders, allowing the online sales process to be managed from one place.

Not every sale starts on a store homepage. Many businesses first speak with customers through Instagram, Facebook, Viber or WhatsApp.

Checkout Links let the merchant create a product or offer and send the customer directly to checkout. Instead of collecting order details manually and explaining how to pay, the customer receives a clear checkout path while the sale remains connected to the Kordiva system.

Already have a website? You do not have to replace it

A business with an existing website or custom frontend does not have to migrate to a Kordiva theme. Through the API, the existing customer-facing experience can remain in place while Kordiva provides commerce processes behind it.

That allows Kordiva to work both as a complete storefront platform and as commerce infrastructure for companies that have already invested in their own web presence.

Booking and Rent-a-Car are additional Kordiva solutions

Ecommerce remains Kordiva's primary focus. For businesses that do not sell through a conventional product catalog, Kordiva also provides specialized Booking and Rent-a-Car solutions.

Booking is designed around accommodation availability and reservations, while Rent-a-Car is designed around vehicles, rental periods and reservation workflows. They extend Kordiva to additional online-selling models rather than replacing the core ecommerce product.

Why is Kordiva built as one connected system?

The problem Kordiva is designed to solve is larger than making an attractive online store. The harder question is whether sales operations continue to work when the business has more products, more customers, more orders and more people involved.

That is why the storefront, checkout, payment status and order are treated as parts of the same process. A business can start with a complete store, sell through a direct Checkout Link, or keep its own frontend through the API without turning every channel into a separate operational workflow.

Kordiva is built so a business does not have to choose between a professional online presence and organized commerce operations behind it.
