Merchant payouts

Stripe-powered payouts to Macedonian bank accounts

Kordiva gives approved merchants visibility into eligible balances and settles payouts to their verified Macedonian business bank account. Local merchant settlement is in MKD and is governed by delivery status, verification, risk controls, reserves, refunds, and disputes.

What determines a payout

Verified recipient
The legal business and bank-account holder must pass required identity, ownership, tax, and banking checks.
Delivery-based release
Physical-order payout timing begins from confirmed delivery, not simply from the checkout date.
Risk-based holds
New merchants, foreign cards, high-value orders, and unusual activity can require longer holding periods.
Rolling reserve
A portion of eligible payout volume may be reserved temporarily to cover refunds and card disputes.
Refund deductions
Refunded amounts and related transfer reversals reduce the merchant balance or a future eligible payout.
Dispute deductions
Open disputes can hold funds; losses and processor dispute fees are recovered according to the published rules.

Typical payout lifecycle

Kordiva does not promise instant or unconditional payouts. Current timings and risk tiers are published in the merchant payment guide and may change with the merchant's verification and transaction profile.

  1. 1. Customer completes a successful card payment.
  2. 2. Merchant fulfils the order and records delivery where applicable.
  3. 3. Kordiva applies the configured hold and reserve rules.
  4. 4. The eligible amount is settled to the verified Macedonian business bank account.

Payment roles

Kordiva operates the managed Stripe-powered payment flow. The store merchant remains responsible for its products, fulfilment, taxes, policies, and customer obligations. Exact processing roles and settlement terms are defined in checkout disclosures and the approved merchant's written agreement.
