Kordiva must be used only for lawful commerce activity with transparent seller identity, real products, and compliant customer communication.

1. Allowed usage
- Selling lawful products and services with accurate descriptions, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Operating with verified legal, tax, and payout information.
- Responding to customer complaints and dispute requests in good faith.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Attempting fraud, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation, or identity misrepresentation.
- Listing restricted products or content that violates card-network or legal rules.
- Using the platform for malware, spam, phishing, or unauthorized data collection.
3. Enforcement
We apply automated policy checks and manual review queues. Listings can be auto-approved, held for review, blocked, or removed. Repeated violations can result in store suspension or account termination.
