Restricted Products Policy
To protect customers, payment stability, and legal compliance, Kordiva applies a restricted-products framework aligned with Stripe restricted/prohibited-business rules, card-network requirements, and platform risk standards.
Last updated: March 2026.
1. Decision classes
- Auto-approve: low-risk listings with no restricted signals.
- Manual review: medium-risk listings requiring staff decision.
- Block: high-risk listings or explicitly prohibited product categories.
2. Typical restricted categories
- Counterfeit goods, deceptive offers, and non-deliverable items.
- Unlicensed digital goods, unauthorized subscriptions, and misuse-prone virtual services.
- Weapons, illegal drugs, non-compliant gambling/adult high-risk offers, and other categories restricted by Stripe, law, acquirer, or card-network policies.
This page is a practical summary. Final eligibility can change based on Stripe policy updates and compliance review outcomes.
3. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must keep product names, descriptions, and supporting documentation accurate. If a listing is queued for review, additional proof may be required before approval and payout enablement. Repeated or severe violations can lead to account restrictions and broader platform risk controls.
